January Meeting 2012

This month we set up our schedule for the year.

 We also decided on the block of the month for 2012.  Heidi graciously offered to teach the quilt this year.  She will be getting us a cost for the copies .

 I would like to welcome two new members.  Shannon and Dianne.  I love that we are getting bigger.

We also went over the last block for the 2011 quilt.  I am so excited to be done with this one.  I hope that all who did it feel that they have learned something (even if it is only patience).

Congrats to Karen for winning the $25.00 gift card.

The February meeting will be at Beth's house, don't forget your Dues (if you haven't paid) and any show and tell that you have.

I am so glad that we have this site.   I will keep this updated with an overview of our meeting.  I will be taking pictures of our show and tell as well as a picture of the Block for that month.  That way you can reference this blog when you are sewing for any color questions.
